On February 14, 2025, under the leadership of Igor Lysenko, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of ESP Service LLC, the Employees' Conference and Reporting Trade Union Conference of the Company was successfully held with the participation of General Director Alexander Tkach and Andrey Kovalsky, Deputy Chairman of the Territorial Trade Union Organization of LUKOIL–Western Siberia LLC. Delegates from various cities discussed the implementation of the Collective Agreement and the production program, emphasizing the Company's stability and confidence in fulfilling its commitments to employees.
Alexander Tkach presented a report on the implementation of Collective Agreements and production programs, confirming the Company's stable performance across all areas of activity. These conclusions were supported by Igor Lysenko, who reported on activities related to employee health improvement, occupational injury prevention, workplace climate enhancement and the fulfillment of social guarantees. The work of the trade union committee was assessed as satisfactory, and the Collective Agreement was recognized as fulfilled. The report of the Audit Commission was also approved.
Andrey Kovalsky highlighted the effective cooperation between the employer and the trade union organization in maintaining social dialogue and fulfilling joint commitments regarding labor and social relations. He also expressed his wishes for the continued successful work of the trade union organization in ensuring a high level of employee social protection.
