Safety Management System

ESP Service LLC operates an integrated management system for industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental protection.

The system includes:

  • identification and assessment of operational risks;
  • development of measures to reduce risks;
  • monitoring compliance with safety requirements.

The system covers all levels of the organization — from management to every employee — and operates in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Safety Culture

The Company promotes the principles of safe behavior and employee involvement in safety management.

  • participation of employees at all levels in maintaining safety;
  • personal example in complying with safety requirements;
  • development of risk assessment and risk management skills.

Monitoring and Inspections

External control — inspections conducted by state supervisory authorities.

Internal control — regular inspections carried out by Company personnel.

Management Participation

The management annually reviews the status of industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental protection.

  • areas for improvement are identified;
  • corrective measures are implemented;
  • management decisions, including investment-related decisions, are developed.

Action Program

Each year, the Company implements a program aimed at reducing operational risks, including:

  • improving production safety levels;
  • training and professional development of personnel;
  • improvement of working conditions;
  • provision of personal protective equipment;
  • medical and preventive support;
  • development of the safety management system;
  • prevention and response to emergency situations.

Working Conditions

The Company continuously works to improve workplace conditions.

The primary assessment tool is the Special Assessment of Working Conditions (SAWC), conducted in accordance with Federal Law No. 426-FZ dated December 28, 2013. The assessment helps identify hazardous and harmful factors, reduce occupational risks, and ensure employee safety.

All workplaces within the Company have undergone the Special Assessment of Working Conditions.
