ESP Service Service Operations

ESP Service LLC provides a full range of service operations for Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems.

The Company provides:

  • Complete repair cycle for all ESP system components.
  • Restoration of technical characteristics to original manufacturer specifications.
  • Quality control at all stages of operations.

Each equipment unit undergoes diagnostics with the preparation of a defect report. After repair, bench testing is performed with issuance of a test report confirming the quality of the completed work.

Equipment tracking is maintained, and all required technical documentation is prepared.

Equipment Repair and Maintenance

The Company performs routine and major repairs of ESP components with testing, including:

  • Electric submersible pumps and progressing cavity pumps.
  • Gas separators, dispersers, and intake modules.
  • Motor protectors.
  • Submersible induction and permanent magnet motors.
  • Control stations (including variable frequency drive systems).
  • Step-up transformers (TMPN, TMPNG).
  • Submersible cables and cable protectors.

Additional services include:

  • Modernization of control stations manufactured in Russia.
  • Major repair of stators for submersible induction and permanent magnet motors (replacement of windings and stator laminations, application of tubular slot insulation and vacuum impregnation).
  • Anti-corrosion coating of submersible motors.
  • Incoming inspection of new ESP equipment purchased by the customer.
  • Repair of cable lines (including the use of lead-sheathed thermal inserts rated for 230ºC and manufactured to the length specified by the customer).

A warranty period of not less than 365 days is provided for completed work.

Equipment Rental and Leasing

The Company provides equipment:

  • For rental.
  • For leasing.
  • For temporary use and possession.

Both complete ESP systems and individual components are available.

Field Service Operations

ESP Service LLC performs ESP-related operations directly at customer field locations:

  • Transportation of equipment to and from the well site.
  • Delivery, installation, and replacement of surface equipment.
  • ESP startup, commissioning, and operational support following well intervention operations.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Preventive maintenance.
  • Installation and retrieval of ESP systems.
  • Remote monitoring and control of equipment.
  • Technical supervision and operational support.

Warranty and Post-Warranty Service

The Company performs:

  • Installation, commissioning, and servicing of test benches for ESP component testing.
  • Provision of warranty obligations for technological equipment.
