On February 12, ESP Service LLC held the Employees' Conference and the reporting conference of the Company's trade union organization to review the results of 2025.
General Director Oleg Soroka presented a report on the implementation of the Collective Agreement and the production program, confirming the stable performance of the Company across all areas of activity.
Igor Lysenko, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization, presented a report on the activities of the trade union committee and on the implementation of the Collective Agreement. The conference approved the report on the fulfillment of the Collective Agreement, and the work of the trade union organization was recognized as satisfactory.
Ivan Enns, Chairman of the Territorial Trade Union Organization of LUKOIL–Western Siberia LLC, highlighted the effective cooperation between the employer and the trade union organization in maintaining social dialogue and fulfilling joint commitments related to labor and social relations. He also expressed his wishes for the continued successful work of the trade union organization in ensuring a high level of employee social protection.
