This year, ten contestants representing all structural divisions of ESP Service participated in the Competition. Scientific supervisors were also present at the event, supporting and mentoring their participants.
As a reminder, the Competition is held annually, with its main objective being the identification and support of talented young employees and specialists, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for their professional growth and development.
This year, the jury reviewed relevant and promising scientific and technical developments capable of making a significant contribution to the Company's growth and enhancing its competitiveness. All participants demonstrated a high level of preparation and a creative approach to achieving their objectives, making the selection of the most outstanding projects a challenging task. Nevertheless, every competition must have its winners!
First place was awarded to Ivan Proskuryakov, a Grade 5 Electrician for Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Repair from ESP Field Service Section No. 3 of the Urai Service Center.
Second place was awarded to Rustem Mubarakshin, Process Engineer Category I from the Chief Technologist Department of the Nurlat Branch Office.
Aigul Khabibullina, Process Engineer of the Chief Technologist Department at the Usinsk Branch Office and the only female participant, earned an honorable third place.
The projects of the winners serve as outstanding examples of how modern technologies and innovations can be used to improve production efficiency and enhance the quality of manufactured and repaired equipment.
