Statement of ESP Service LLC Industrial Safety Policy

ESP Service LLC is one of the largest and most successful modern Russian enterprises specializing in the manufacturing of complete Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and the provision of oilfield services to oil and gas production companies.

Recognizing its responsibility for the safety of operated hazardous production facilities, the Company adopts this Statement in order to demonstrate to all interested parties its commitment to the principle of prioritizing compliance with industrial safety requirements in all areas of activity.

In the field of industrial safety, the Company pursues the following objectives:

• Ensuring the protection of the vital interests of individuals and the Company from accidents at hazardous production facilities and their consequences.
• Creating conditions for the sustainable operation and development of the Company through safe operation of facilities, prevention of incidents and accidents, as well as ensuring preparedness for localization and elimination of consequences arising from accidents and incidents at hazardous production facilities.
• Maintaining a level of operation of production facilities at which the risk of accidents and incidents is minimized and complies with current regulatory requirements and the modern level of technological development.
• Reducing the scale of economic, social, and environmental damage resulting from possible accidents at hazardous production facilities.
• Ensuring industrial control over compliance with legislative industrial safety requirements at the Company’s hazardous production facilities.
• Improving the efficiency of industrial control over compliance with legislative industrial safety requirements at the Company’s facilities through the implementation of modern information technologies, technical diagnostics methods, and remote monitoring systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

To achieve these objectives, ESP Service LLC undertakes the following commitments:

• Implementing all available and practically feasible measures aimed at preventing injuries, accidents, and incidents, as well as mitigating their consequences.
• Ensuring the priority of measures aimed at preventing accidents and incidents at hazardous production facilities.
• Complying with the requirements of Russian legislation, industry regulations, and corporate standards governing industrial safety, emergency prevention, and emergency response preparedness.
• Making and implementing all management and operational decisions with mandatory consideration of significant operational and occupational risks aimed at their reduction or prevention.
• Requiring all Company employees to perform their work in accordance with applicable industrial safety rules and regulations, as well as emergency prevention and response requirements. Implementing appropriate incentive measures, training, and professional development programs for employees.
• Requiring organizations performing work on the Company’s territory and/or in the interests of the Company at all stages of the facility life cycle to comply with the industrial safety, emergency prevention, and emergency response requirements adopted by the Company.
• Conducting consultations with employees of hazardous production facilities (and their representatives) on industrial safety matters.
• Maintaining regular interaction with all stakeholders involved in the Company’s activities (including the public, legislative and executive authorities, scientific organizations, and others) on industrial safety issues.
• Continuously improving the Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

This Policy Statement applies to all structural divisions of ESP Service LLC.
