The manufacturing facility in Kogalym is the largest production site of the Company.
The facility includes workshops, production areas, departments, and service units employing more than 1,400 specialists — a highly professional team of experts.
History and Development
The history of the facility began on November 23, 1983, when the Central Production Service Base for rental and repair of electric submersible systems was established in the settlement of Kogalym, Tyumen Region.
Since its foundation, the enterprise has evolved into a modern manufacturing complex with a wide range of service and repair capabilities.
Geography and Scope of Operations
One of the key activities performed at the manufacturing facility is the repair and testing of ESP components, control stations, and cable systems.
The technological equipment of the production lines enables a full-cycle repair process.
Universal test benches are used for:
- acceptance testing
- periodic testing
- type testing
All processes comply with regulatory and technical requirements, as well as customer specifications.
Production operations are carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, ensuring consistent quality control.
Field service for electric submersible equipment is also one of the company’s core activities.
One of the largest field service divisions operates in Kogalym.

- LUKOIL-AIK
- AGD DIAMONDS

The operating area covers the Kogalym region, as well as the Severo-Gubkinskoye, Vostochno-Perevalnoye, Sandibinskoye, and Sredne-Khulymskoye fields.
Additionally:
- in 2014, a service unit was opened at the V. Grib diamond field (Arkhangelsk Region)
- in 2016, a service unit was launched at the Pyakyakhinskoye field (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug)
The total number of serviced wells exceeds 8,600.
